Mental health is something people often don’t take seriously. We’re different. We believe that to have good physical health, you must be mentally fit, too.
We want you to be able to talk openly about mental health and all issues associated with it. One in four people experience some sort of mental health issue in the course of a year. So why don’t people talk about it like they do any other injury?
Be a part of the change – talk honestly, openly and without fear about mental health. Kev, the guy who runs Honest Fitness is a survivor of suicide. His dad took his own life and as a result, Kev has vowed to get people talking.
We don’t want you to do anything in particular. If you want to get involved, then by all means contact us.
